By using Helena ( "We", "Us", "Our", “Service” ), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Affiliation
Helena is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Nitrado, Discord or Wildcard.
The names Nitrado, Discord, ARK and related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Discord Terms
The bot may not be used by individuals under the minimal age or in conflict with any terms described in Discord's Terms of Service.

Liability
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Abuse or excessively frequent spamming of the Service may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the Service.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the Service code or concepts without express written permission from us. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

We reserve the right to update these terms at our own discretion. If you do not agree with any changes, you may opt out by removing the bot from any server you have the rights for and contacting us to terminate your account. More info can be found out about this in our Privacy Policy.

Payments
By purchasing the Service, you authorize Us to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen option. This charge includes the base charge, taxes and/or transaction fees, and any other charges associated with the Service. You can stop this recurring charge at any time by canceling your subscription.

We may offer discounts or provide special offers for the purchase of a premium subscription. Any such offer or discount shall always be subject to the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions set out upon receiving said discount. Offers and discounts are always granted at the our sole discretion. Repeated or recurring offers or discounts create no claim/title or right that you may enforce in the future. Depending on the case, discounts or offers shall be valid for a limited time only or while stocks last.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain your premium benefits until the end of the billing term. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing term, we are not required to issue any credit, refund, or exchange. Refunds, issuing credit, and exchanges are done at our sole discretion and not required by any means.
Helena reserves the right to suspend your membership at any time, for any reason. If your membership is suspended or canceled by Us, we are not required to issue you a refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Stripes Account Management page or request a refund via our Support Server.
